Located in Perth Western Australia, Proformance Motorsport construct and race some of Australia's most advanced 4WD off road racing trucks.

Proformance Motorsport manufacture a range of Off Road Race Truck Components and vehicles. We operate CNC machines via CAD CAM and are seeking outstanding individuals that are interested in mechanical and automotive engineering to join our team to prepare, race and maintain our fleet of vehicles.

Many of our Pit crew are provided the opportunity to come for a high speed thrill ride when we are testing our machines.

We work on our trucks after business hours (Wed nights and weekends) and race on most long weekends (6 times per year) 

We manufacture our own Differentials, Gearboxes, Steering Racks, Suspension, Hubs, Chassis components - EVERYTHING is made in house. 

 

Pit Crew Members can choose to attend various sessions based on their existing commitments. Typical pit crew sessions are:

• Wednesday Evenings (1700-2200)

• Saturday AM (0900-1200)

• Saturday PM (1200-1700)

Pit crew are required to attend ONE (1) Session per month to ensure they are up to speed with recent innovations and changes made to these rapidly evolving vehicles.

Pit crew members are invited to attend most Competitions/Events and test sessions.

Some paid work has resulted from these positions in the past, but if you are seeking paid work whilst you study, go and work at McDonalds.
